collecting, organising and systematising the firm’s legal know-how;
developing and maintaining legal document templates;
ensuring the quality and consistency of the firm’s legal documents; and
designing and delivering Legal English training programmes.

Elvira’s expertise draws on her professional experience as a lawyer and translator at international law firms, including White & Case, Macleod Dixon and Reed Smith, as well as her work with major international financial institutions, including the World Bank and IFC. She applies this experience across her knowledge management responsibilities.
