The National Infrastructure Plan ("the Plan") is an operational action plan aimed at creating a sustainable infrastructure framework to meet the needs of the population and the economy, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The strategic objective of the Plan is to identify priority projects, targets, and infrastructure directions.
The Plan has two primary goals: ensuring the reliability of essential services for the population and supporting the country's economic growth. Implementation of the National Infrastructure Plan will create approximately 150,000 jobs, including 26,500 permanent and 120,000 temporary positions.
