  • Advised Potok 8 (the former Mirax Group) on the issue of USD denominated loan participation notes and subsequent restructuring of its domestic and international public debt by way of exchange of the defaulted existing debt into new debt instruments and consent solicitation.

  • Advised a large investment group in relation to investments in real estate of a group of companies (which bought the Real supermarket chain) through closed-end investment funds and other financial instruments.

  • Advised a Major Bank in relation to the restructuring of payments under derivatives with a foreign counterparty on the basis of the ISDA Master Agreement, as well as in connection with the transfer of rights and obligations under a number of transactions to a counterparty acting as surety under the originally signed documents.

  • Advised SFO Silicium-1 LLC in relation to the development and approval of the ISDA Master Agreement and standard confirmation forms for option and swap transactions.

  • Advised a Major Bank on the change of counterparty for production financial instrument (PFI) transactions (ISDA Master Agreement), as well as the restructuring of PFI payments in relation to the Swiss trader and the guarantor.
